AccurateShooter.com tests the new .17 caliber Winchester Super Magnum rimfire round. This new cartridge boasts impressive speed — the 20grain bullet version has a 3000 fps muzzle velocity, making this this fastest rimfire ammo ever made. We shot some test groups at 100 yards, and we saw groups around an inch. That’s promising with the crude rests we used and the strong winds that were blowing.
